Paeroa College has a fine tradition of preparing students for national examinations, tertiary education and careers to meet the needs of today’s society.
Our school prides itself on the sound relationships formed between staff and students. Senior students enjoy individual attention in class sizes conducive to excellent teaching and learning. Junior students develop their academic standards within the Achievement, Motivation and Progression of Students (AMPS) Certificate Programme in classes set up to meet their needs.
Our school motto is "Mahi Tahi Kia Kaha" which means strength through unity of purpose. To me this signifies the community, staff and students working as a team strengthen learning opportunities.
Everyone in our school, staff, students and members of the Board of Trustees follow the maxime 'Achieving Personal Best'. Our 2009 Education Review Office report was once again excellent and confirms we are all doing this. Make our school, your school.
